Your family's stories are yours.

A legacy book is one of the most personal things a family can make. We treat your stories, recordings, and photographs with the care they deserve. Here is how we handle them.

What we collect

To create a legacy book we collect the things you and your storyteller choose to share: contact details (like an email or phone number), the stories and answers your parent records by voice or text, photographs you upload, and basic information needed to produce and ship your book.

How we use it

We use this information solely to create, produce, and deliver your legacy book and the services you ask for — including transcribing recordings, arranging the stories, printing, and providing your private digital archive. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your family's stories to train third-party models.

Keeping it safe — and yours to keep

Irreplaceable content deserves real protection. We keep redundant, backed-up copies of your recordings and photographs, and we give you the ability to export and keep everything. If we ever cease operations, we will provide a way for you to retain your family's archive. A legacy should never depend on a login.

Sharing with service providers

We work with trusted providers to run our service (for example, secure hosting, transcription, payment processing, and book printing). They may process information only as needed to perform those services on our behalf, under confidentiality.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any request — or to ask us anything at all — write to hello@coachlibra.org.

This is a plain-language summary of our approach and will be expanded into a full policy as we open to the public. Questions? hello@coachlibra.org.
